🪑 Types of Child Seats
- 👶 Convertible car seat - Designed to grow with the child. Can be used from birth (if approved for newborns) up to about 4–7 years, depending on the specific model and its weight limits, which usually range from 0 to 18–25 kg.
- 🍼 Infant carrier - Designed for newborns and infants, usually from birth up to 12–15 months, or until reaching the maximum weight limit, often around 13 kg.
- 🧒 Booster seat - Designed for older children who have outgrown traditional child car seats but are still too small to sit safely with just the adult seatbelt. Typically suitable for children aged 6 to 12 years, weighing approximately 15–36 kg.
