We provide TAXI service and passenger transport in Prague and around. We have been operating this service for several years and still try to improve the whole customer handling process.

We offer a quality taxi service in Prague and around for really favourable price conditions.  To get lower prices we recommend a registration in our loyalty program, on Facebook, other cooperation or special offer with contractors.

Of course we also offer a possibility of cashless payment for favourable conditions.

We take care of carrying out the person transport by quality middle and upper middle class of vehicles, not older than 7 years.

All  vehicles of the taxi service are operated by drivers who meet the conditions and rules of the Prague City Hall and most of them own a yellow vehicle, to which is related advantages of the Prague City Hall such as riding in a reserved lane and parking on taxi ranks.

• COMBI: cars with larger luggage compartment
• MULTI-SEATED VEHICLES: cars for up to 8 people
• A-CLASSES: selected well-appointed vehicles
• or you can choose a concrete crew

On your request we will also provide child car seat. If you need a child car seat, it is better to notify it in advance, we thank for it. Let us remind that in case of taxi services the child car seat is not obligated by law.

Drivers

They are trained, tested out and regulary checked. It is also possible to choose the language skills of a driver and request a social clothing. Each cooperating driver must to sign so-called Codex of driver, which obligates him to act and behave suitably.

On the oder hand then the drive is entitled to refuse the transport of a client if he is not eligible to transport (e.g. heavily drunk, dirty etc.).

The process of checking the client is fast and effective!

Car delivery

The time of a car delivery is due to modern application, which is adapted and tested in accordence with the requirements of drivers, as short as possible. But it is of course influenced by the current traffic situation.

Communication

A client found out all information after a reservation of the service which is confirmed in written form via SMS. A notification of a car delivery, type and number of the car, urgency, authorization code for non-cash payment etc..

Beware the number you get SMS message from is not possible to call. This is only a SMS gateway. If it is necessary, contact a dispatch centre at 737 222 333.

Waiting

After a delivery the car is waiting for for 10 minutes for free. Before an expiration of this time you will get an urgent SMS and if you do not contact the crew, the vehicle will cancel the reservation. All you have to do is to contact the driver and arrange the possible need for waiting.

We provide a transport of you and your friends for price, that standard price for a taxi cannot compete with. Take a taxi 14 CZK/km (within VIP card or other special discount offer).
