How can i register?
A registration to a VIP club is part of the basic registration to a private account, where it is possible to regsiter also to the VIP club.
When my account will be activated?
By registering to the VIP club (not only the basic registration), your account is activated, and since then the points will automatically be assigned to a registered phone number.
How can i find out the current number of points on my account?
Either on your private account, where is the number of points displayed.
How and when do i receive a VIP card?
The last day of each month is clearing of your accumulated points. If the number of points on your account is over the desired threshold for getting one of cards, the card will be sent to you in the shortest possible time (maximum untill one month) by post to the address you stated when registrating.

How do i get points?
Automatically after every drive that is over 200 CZK will be assigned 1 ponit on your account. After a drive that is over 500 CZK then it is 2 ponits.

I recieved SMS message with information about card expiration. Why?
Cards are issued with the annual effect, and you can get another when you accomplish the conditions. In order to maintain the Silver Card, you must gather for this year, 20 points and Gold card then 50 points. These points shall be deducted from the account after we give you a new card. An SMS message shall inform on the state.
